What kind of data does the IEEG-Portal contain?
Answer:
The IEEG-Portal contains EEG and imaging data related to epilepsy. The datasets are scrubbed, de-identified, and annotated by physicians. When possible, the images are co-registered with the electrode arrays and additional information about the case are documented in accompanying PDFs.
The IEEG-Portal also contains multiple datasets that were recorded in various animal models of epilepsy (November 2012).
