I am getting a clientResponseFailure error when I try to connect to the portal using MATLAB. My password and username are correct, what is wrong?

Temporary fix

If you previously tried to login using an incorrect username, and/or password, you'll need to restart Matlab in order to connect to the portal. This is a known issue and we are working on fixing it.
