Time in report vs time in portal

Hi all,
I am having trouble finding in the ieeg visualization portal the seizures referred to in the reports for data originating from the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania.
In one of the reports (I002_P003_D01) it is explained that time in the portal starts january 1st at midnight, hence if the recording of the patient started the first day eg at 11am, and a seizure happened the first day at 1pm (accoding to report), it should be found on the portal at 2am (2h after the start of the recording in the portal).

Question about connecting annotations to values in matlab

Hello

I am trying to use Matlab to retrieve a continuous recording with annotation labels. So far I have a session, the data set from the session, and the annotations and [value time] using the getEvents and getvalues methods.
My question is how do I properly associate the annotations to the correct time periods or is there a way to retrieve everything together?
Is it a matter of converting the annotation times to seconds and matching those with the eeg data timestamps, which appear to be in seconds and a function of the frequency or do I have something wrong?

Thank You

why can't I see the replies to other post?

For example, I can't see the reply to the post about "Data downloading". Can anybody help? Thanks a lot!

Determining Sampling Rates?

I am currently looking into the sampling rates of Study 005, 019, 030, and 036, but am having difficulties finding them because they don't seem to be explicitly stated in the documentation, yet the studies come up as results when I search through the studies/experiments using the "With Sampling Rate:" field under Study Data. What is the quickest method of determining the sampling rate of a study?

Data Downloadable?

Hello,

I wonder if iEEG recordings and their annotations and relevant documents in this database can be downloadable. Looks that there were two exactly same questions in this FAQ, and there may be many researchers who want download datasets and analyze them in their local computers.

Thanks!

About packed data download

I am now doing seizure feature tests, hoping if I could download the entire period of data in some particular sample rate, like 256Hz.

Is it possible to get access of the whole dataset?

Thanks a lot!

Data Download

Hello,

Im new to the portal and am facing starter issues:

1. Is it possible to download the entire dataset for a study? If so how?
2. Can the existing annotations be downloaded with the matlab toolbox?

Thanks.

Best,
Vishwa

What type of filter is implemented in the IEEG-Viewer?

Question:
What type of filter is implemented in the IEEG-Viewer?

Answer:
The portal uses a zero-phase Butterworth filter similar to the FILTFILT command in Matlab. This means that the actual order of the filter is (approximately) 2x the number provided in the User Interface.

Why do I have to login again in order to view the data?

Question:
Why do I have to login again in order to view the data?

Answer:
The IEEG-Portal contains two separate sections, one that contains the general information about the project as well as these forums, and the second that is specifically developed for the Portal using Java. Although your user-information is exactly the same for both sides of the portal, it is not possible to automatically login the data-side from the rest of the portal.
